Concord Township – Cross Section of America!

Even if you don’t dock your boat at the Leatherlips Yacht Club, you can still cruise down both sides of Concord Township in your stylin’ set of wheels.  Spring is the perfect time for a windows-down, radio-up kind of drive.

The Scioto River cuts right down the middle of Concord Township, flanked by state routes 745 and 257 on either side.  The community of Bellpoint is in the north, Rathbone is in the middle and Shawnee Hills holds strong in the southern part.  The Delaware County part of Dublin is at the southern tip. Urgent: Canine Collective Needs Your Help To Nurse This Family Of Pooches Back To Health!

The following is from Laura Herron of Canine Collective. A pet rescue partnered with DelawareO.

These pups need your help!

DelawareO readers, we need your help!

Thanks to some very big hearts we were able to speak for this family. Our AMAZING foster coordinator/Super foster Heather Donahue and her very supportive and amazing family, is going to be taking care of this family and nursing Mama back to health.

This family was abandoned in a home and no one ever came back. Luckily they were taken in time!

We are need of Purina ProPlan chicken and rice puppy food (there are coupons for a free small bag in all of our adoption coupons if you don’t need yours), small treats, blankets, towels, paper towels, and cleaning supplies.

Monetary donations towards their care can also be made to info@caninecollective.org on Paypal.

It will be no small feat to keep 12 puppies well fed and happy. Mama has some much needed weight to gain as well.

We are so lucky to have so many wonderful people backing our adventures!!!

Buck Is Looking To “Buck The Trend” And Find A Family To Adopt Him!

image

Help Buck with his luck in finding a new home.

Buck-First of all… CANINE COLLECTIVE LOVES THIS GUY! He is a 5 year old Shepherd mix. He is very gentle and fairly quiet. He is not too keen about being in a crate though. If he must be crated, he would need a very large, high top type of kennel otherwise he will get out of anything else he is in. Otherwise, the Buck is a really nice, sweet boy! He is housetrained  and loves to be with his people. Check out our Buck. He’s awesome!

Buck’s adoption fee is $175 and covers the cost of his neuter, vaccines, preventative medications, microchip and 30 day free trial pet insurance.

Im one laid back hip dog, take me home?

Say Hello to Audrey!!

She is a two year old collie/shepherd mix from Ashtubula County. She knows many basic commands, is house trained, and just so darn cute! Here is what her foster Mom has to say: After two days I would say Audrey is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve seen. She would make a wonderful addition to a home with kids and even another dog. She is laid back, loves people and usually lays right by your feet or tries to sneak into bed.

This one will not last long! Her adoption fee is $175 and covers the cost of the dogs spay or neuter, vaccines, preventative medications, microchip and 30 day free trial pet insurance.
