DELAWARE, Ohio — The following two people have active warrants for their arrest related to felony cases in Delaware County:
Brandon Petit
Brandin Petit, 38, stands 5’10” and weighs 150 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
Petit is wanted for a community control violation from a 2020 fentanyl possession case. He pleaded no contest to the charge and was found guilty. He was sentenced to community control, but was found in violation of the terms in August of 2021, and a warrant was issued.
Heidi Moore
Heidi Moore, 54, stands 5’3″ and weighs 150 pounds. She is listed as having blonde hair and green eyes, though the photo released by Adult Court Services shows her hair may be dyed.
Moore is accused of identity fraud and drug possession. She pleaded not guilty to the charges, but a change of plea hearing was scheduled for March 14, 2022. A warrant was issued for failure to appear for that hearing.
