DELWARE COUNTY, OH – A series of convictions from and sentences from April 10, 2023 to May 5th 2023 took place in the Delaware County Common Pleas Court. Several serious crimes, including aggravated murder and rape, were among the cases adjudicated by the Delaware County prosecutor’s office.
Convictions:
- Joshua Seely was found guilty of theft. Sentencing is set for 6/9/23.
- Timothy Baldrick was found guilty of aggravated murder with a firearm specification, murder with a firearm specification, tampering with evidence x2, and abuse of a corpse and was sentenced to life in prison with parole eligibility after 36 years.
- Luis Ocampo-Ramirez was sentenced to 5-7.5 years in prison for rape and pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person. As a part of his conviction, he must also register as a Tier III sex offender.
- Keven Mendez was sentenced to 5 years in prison for felonious assault.
- Raphael Stevenson was sentenced to 4-6 years in prison for aggravated robbery.
- Steven Reed was sentenced to 42 months in prison for possession of marihuana and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, both felonies of the third degree.
- Lowell Maxwell was sentenced to 30 months in prison for attempted felonious assault.
- Dylon Isiah Wyatt Richey was sentenced to 30 months in prison for failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and receiving stolen property.
- Anthony Smith was sentenced to 8 months in prison for theft.
- Timothy Anderson was sentenced to 5 years community control sanctions for telecommunications fraud.
- Marjorie Baker was sentenced to 5 years community control sanctions for violation of protection order.
- Jeffrey Renne was sentenced to 4 years community control sanctions for theft.
- Larry Diehl, Jr. was sentenced to 4 years community control sanctions for aggravated possession of drugs.
- Corry Benson was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for tampering with evidence, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of cocaine, and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
- Patrick Horvath was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for felonious assault.
- Robert Rothgeb was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for theft and receiving stolen property.
- Harold Whipple was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for aggravated possession of drugs.
- Thomas Baldridge was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, and illegal conveyance of drug of abuse onto grounds of a specified government facility.
- Michael Crabtree was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for aggravated possession of drugs.
- -Brittney Farmer was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for aggravated possession of drugs.
- -Michael Tolliver was sentenced to 3 years community control sanctions for possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
- -Joshua White was sentenced to 2.5 years community control sanctions for theft.
- -James Newman was sentenced to 2.5 years community control sanctions for possession of a fentanyl related compound.
- -Brian Bronson was sentenced to 2.5 years community control sanctions for receiving stolen property.
- -Robert Dean was sentenced to 2 years community control sanctions for possession of cocaine.
- -Thomas Bennett was sentenced to 2 years community control sanctions for aggravated possession of drugs.
- -Marjorie Butler was sentenced to 2 years community control sanctions for violation of protection order.
