Lewis Center, Ohio – The search is on for a new trustee in Orange Township after what Trustee’s Erica Fouss and Lisa Knapp who both agreed to the “regrettable” resignation of Trustee Ben Grumbles. The resignation, accepted unanimously at the May 16th Township meeting, has left a seat on the board vacant.
Trustees play a vital role in managing and maintaining the community’s infrastructure, services, and programs in sync with the needs and aspirations of the residents. Grumbles’ successor will be expected to carry on this crucial duty, working closely with the board.
Interested individuals are asked to send their resume and cover letter to the Township Administrator, Michele Boni, at [email protected] by May 31, 2023. Interviews for the trustee position will be conducted on June 5, 2023.
Following the interviews, an appointment vote will take place at the next Board of Trustees Meeting.
