
Delaware, OH – The Delaware County District Library (DCDL) Board of Trustees has announced that Angie Grossenbacher will be joining the library as the new fiscal officer. Grossenbacher brings with her an impressive 25 years of experience in government and non-profit accounting and finance.
Previously, Grossenbacher served as the assistant fiscal officer at the Community Library in Sunbury, Ohio. Her career also includes positions at Handson Central Ohio, Inc., Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation, and Purdue University, where she held roles in accounting, investment, business management, and finance.
Grossenbacher holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Otterbein College, with a minor in Business Administration.
The decision to appoint Grossenbacher was made during a special meeting of the DCDL Board of Trustees on Wednesday, May 31. Following the interviews with candidates, a motion was extended at the end of the meeting to offer the fiscal officer position to Grossenbacher.
The Library Board of Trustees will hold its next regular meeting on Tuesday, June 20 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Orange Branch Library Community Room, located at 7171 Gooding Blvd, Delaware. These meetings are open to the public, providing an opportunity for community members to attend and participate.
