St. John Neumann Community Festival

Features include Jet’s Pizza Pavilion, “DiCalcara/Mascari Italian Kitchen”, with Deacon Carl’s famous spaghetti and meatballs and Italian sausage sandwiches with peppers and onions, a Sweet Shoppe, and a Silent Auction.

The festival will also have numerous food trucks, kids’ rides, music from The Conspiracy Band Friday evening and The Reaganomics Saturday evening, adult and children’s midway games, a beer garden, and a raffle!

Raffle tickets sell for $10.00 each or 5 for $40.00 for chances to win cash prizes!

• First prize: $2,500.00;
• Second prize: $1,000.00;
• Eight (8) $500.00 prizes.

Stop in the big tent to purchase raffle tickets. Drawings will be held on Saturday, June 17 during the festival. The winners do not need to be present. Contact the Parish Office at 740/965-1358 with questions or to learn more about purchasing raffle tickets.

Tickets:

• Unlimited ride wristbands: $25 per day
• Rides take 3-4 tickets each
• 1 ride ticket = $1.25
• 20 tickets for $20.00
• CASH ONLY for ride tickets or non-SJN prepared festival food – an ATM will be available
• Games: $5.00
• Festival food prices: as listed per vendor

Parking:

At SJN: the northeast and east parking lot at SJN

Off-site location: Big Walnut Middle School, 777 Cheshire Road, Sunbury

Take the shuttle to the turnaround outside the main entrance of the church.

Shuttle buses run continuously during festival hours Friday and Saturday evenings.

The last shuttle will be at 11:30 pm.

The middle school parking lot will be monitored for safety.

Silent Auction:

The Silent Auction is going high tech! Bidding for the items will be online so you can participate in the auction, with or without being present at the festival. All the items will be displayed in the Faith and Family Center to browse during the festival.

Volunteers will be on-hand to help you place your bids, as needed.

The auction closes Saturday at 9:30 pm.

You will be notified by text if your bid is topped, so that you can rebid on anything you really want to win. You will also be notified if you win an item when the auction closes Saturday. Plan to pick up your items before you leave the Festival Saturday evening (after 10pm); Sunday, June 18 between 9 am – Noon, or from the Parish Office during office hours (Monday-Thursday, 9 am – 4 pm) the week of June 19-23.
