Delaware, Ohio – In preparation for the upcoming Fourth of July festivities and July’s First Friday event – Chalk it up for Freedom!, Main Street Delaware has joined forces with Emergency Plumbing Heating & Air to ensure clean sidewalks in the heart of downtown. This partnership aims to enhance the overall appearance and appeal of Downtown Delaware, just in time for the holiday celebrations.
Starting next week, Emergency Plumbing will undertake the task of clearing the downtown sidewalks of dirt, tree sap, and other debris. Thanks to the support of the City of Delaware, Ohio, street parking will be temporarily closed on Sandusky Street, from Central to Spring Street, on Tuesday, June 27, from 3 AM to 9 AM. This closure will facilitate the sidewalk cleanup process, allowing Emergency Plumbing to work efficiently and with the necessary safety measures.
To ensure effective communication, Main Street Delaware and the City of Delaware will disseminate additional information through their respective Facebook pages and email. Individuals seeking further details or having any inquiries are encouraged to reach out directly to Main Street Delaware.
